Why buy refurbished from a repair shop
We are not resellers listing stock we have never touched. Every device we sell has been through our own workshop, tested by the same technicians who repair customer devices all day. If something was wrong with it, we found it and fixed it. If we could not, it did not go on the shelf.
You can also see it, hold it and switch it on before you pay, which is more than an online marketplace offers.
What we check before anything goes on sale
- Battery health, and replacement where it falls short
- Screen and touch response across the whole panel
- Front and rear cameras, speakers, microphone and buttons
- Charging port and wireless charging where fitted
- Wi-Fi, mobile signal and Bluetooth
- Fully wiped and reset, with no previous owner accounts attached
Condition, described honestly
Refurbished devices are second hand, and we describe marks rather than hiding them. If a device has a scuff on the frame, we will point it out and price it accordingly. Nothing goes out described as flawless unless it is.
Warranty
Refurbished devices are sold with a warranty covering the device itself. Ask us for the exact term on the model you are looking at. It varies with age and condition, and we would rather tell you the truth than print one number here.
Stock changes constantly. What we have depends on what has come through the shop that week, so it is worth calling ahead if you are after a specific model. We will tell you what is in and what is due.
Trading in at the same time
