How pricing works
Every repair starts with a free diagnosis. We tell you what is wrong, what it will cost and how long it will take before any work begins. If you decide not to go ahead, you owe us nothing and you take your device away.
Prices depend on the device, the part and the fault, so we do not publish a single price list that would be wrong more often than right. Ask us about your exact model and you will get a real figure.
How long it takes
Most repairs are completed the same day, and many within the hour. Board-level work, water damage and data recovery take longer because they are done properly rather than quickly. We will tell you honestly at the point of diagnosis which of those yours is.
